According to pre- assessment of the needs, partners held trainings in April 2025 in all partner countries: participants had opportunity to learn about the basics of digital transformation possibilities for sport organizations, share best practices, test their own digital readiness and get familiar with digital tools and Ai basics that can support their work and development.

Each workshop gathered about 10 participants that gave us lead how to shape  curriculum further for the forthcoming activities:

*online training module on 16th of September
*international workshop in Zagreb in 13th and 14th of November Curriculum created during all modules will become open source for everyone interested in digital transformation of sport organization they belong to.
